Are you an Administrator with exceptional organisation skills and able to multi task with attention to detail?
Our client based in Poole is looking for an Administrator to work as part of a small team to help process the day to day administration due to growth within the business.
You will be responsible for taking control of and managing the administration to allow the rest of the team time to concentrate on other requirements in the business. You will be the first point of contact for customers and suppliers via phone and email to resolve queries and manage customer expectations. Other responsibilities include, processing purchase orders, preparing estimates, carry out invoicing and basic accounts administration and blogging and uploading jobs onto the website, Facebook and LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate will have strong administration experience and be able to prioritise your workload efficiently. You will be required to have exceptional oral and written communication skills with a can-do attitude. Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel will be required and a Construction, Manufacturing or Engineering background would be beneficial.
