Assembly Team Leader

Job Description

Are you a hands-on Team Leader with a background in mechanical or electromechanical manufacturing production. Do you have experience of OEE, TPM & 5S and lean manufacturing techniques?

Fancy a new challenge within an awesome company, with lots of opportunity for personal growth and progression?

Have you led and motivated a successful team?  You will have excellent communication skills, be able to problem solve quickly and efficiently and work side by side with the team to ensure a smooth workflow and running of the department.  Deputizing for the Production supervisor when needed, supporting, and driving KPI’s as well as always ensuring health & safety is maintained.
