Do you have strong Administration skills ideally from a Buying/Purchasing background (not essential), and exceptional communication skills and are you available for a 6-month fixed term contact?
Our client based in Poole is recruiting for a Buying Administrator / Purchasing Administrator to support their extremely busy Buying department.
You will be responsible for processing orders and liaising with customers and suppliers via phone and email. You will need to be a highly organised with exceptional administrative skills (strong Excel skills is essential) and be confident and able to communicate effectively as you will be liaising with suppliers daily.
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day and 5 hours on a Friday to finish by 1pm.
Pay Rate: Between £11 – £15 per hour depending on experience.
This is a 6-month contract, however there may be the opportunity for this role to go permanent or other opportunities may arise.
