Customer Excellence Coordinator, Andover

Are you organised, commercially minded and passionate about delivering a great customer experience?

Our client is looking for a Customer Excellence Coordinator to join a busy team, looking after existing customers, managing enquiries, processing orders and helping to identify opportunities to strengthen and grow customer relationships.

This is a varied role where no two days will be quite the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, making sure enquiries are handled promptly, information is kept up to date and customer requirements are followed through from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer queries
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Maintain accurate CRM and system records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer deadlines
