As part of their ongoing ambition to deliver world-class customer experience, we are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join an expanding team in Winchester acting as a liaison between sales and production to meet the needs of their customers.
This role will be managing all aspects of customer service and will be the interface between sales, production planning, finance, purchasing, technical, dispatch and the customers. You will also be working closely with the Export Sales Manager who manages the international clients. The ability to work and appreciate different cultures is important.
The relationship building with the customer in this high end 5 star market is key along with very strong influencing skills and the ability to set up this function whilst working alongside various departments. The aim is of course to make the customer management from order to delivery seamless.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven Customer Care/Services Manager to take on a role within a rapidly changing and growing business. Experience in high end retail and customer service.
