Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join a global market leading manufacturing company. Based in Poole, working closely with all other departments and reporting directly to the Operations Director, the Customer Service Manager will lead a Customer Service team ensuring that a focus is maintained on consistently exceeding customer expectations, maximising revenue, and improving the customer experience.
You’ll be overseeing all aspects of the customer service experience to develop, create and troubleshoot processes and procedures making improvements to customer service quality and driving performance and KPI achievement to ensure the business meets its objectives and instil an ethos of continuous development and improvement.
The ideal candidate will have sales/marketing and office management experience, background in delivering a high level of customer care and worked in a customer service or similar environment.
