Job Description

Are you an experienced professional Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant looking for a full-time (can be flexible with hours) role and are available for a maternity cover? Do you have experience assisting Directors and Senior teams with accurate minute taking and dealing with highly confidential information discreetly?


Our exclusive client has a super opportunity for an Executive Assistant/EA/Personal Assistant/PA to work a 12-month fixed term contract based in their Christchurch office.


You will be supporting the Directors/Senior team in all business support aspects from managing both personal and professional tasks, someone who is happy to nip out and get lunches but equally comfortable in Board level meetings taking minutes, contributing to meetings and organising agendas etc.


This is a varied and interesting role and will also involve supporting with processing HR Administration. We are looking for someone who is organised and stays calm when under pressure who is hands on in terms of office duties and can look after diary management, co-ordinate enquiries/ correspondence and organise travel both national and international.


The ideal candidate will have 2 – 3 years’ experience working in a similar role, be extremely well presented with exceptional communications skills and can manage a varied workload.
