Are you a people person? Field Service Manager? Passionate about improving staff personal development? We are recruiting for an experienced field service manager to motivate and drive service engineers through training, mentoring, performance management and audits resulting in improving efficiencies and H&S programs.
You will need awesome communication skills as you will be building relationships with clients and your team. This role is a field-based position working from home. You will be leading a team 10+ engineers distributed throughout a geographic area – between Manchester, Leeds, and Sheffield. Ideally you will have a technical background with knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment. You will be joining a company that pride themselves in their world class service.
Requirements
- Must have a successful track record of managing a similar team structure with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a field service management role.
- Commercial acumen.
- You will carry out regular visits to high profile clients to build long lasting relationships.
- Ideally you will hold a degree/HNC and have formal management training and successful implementation of Service Support processes.
