Are you an experienced organised Administrator with Financial Services experience looking for a superb opportunity to further your career?
Our client based in Poole who provide independent financial planning across Dorset and Hampshire, are a friendly close nit team who work together to offer exceptional financial advice and Wealth Management services. They are now looking to take on a new member of the IFA Administration team to help manage the workload.
You will be responsible for front office administration, answering the phones, writing letters, opening and scanning the post, uploading files to the computer system, contacting product providers to obtain information and to chasing workflow. There may be the opportunity to progress to Office Manager in the future.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and ideally have worked in Financial Services previously in order to hit the ground running. Good IT skills including Word and Excel will also be required.
