Are you an experience organised Administrator with Financial Services Administration experience looking for a superb part time opportunity to further your career?
Our client based in Poole who provide independent financial planning across Dorset and Hampshire are a friendly close nit team who work together to offer exceptional financial advice and Wealth Management services. Due to expansion, they are now looking to take on a new member of the Administration team to help manage the workload.
You will be responsible for answering the phones, writing letters, opening and scanning the post, uploading files to the computer system, contacting product providers to obtain information and to chase workflow.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and ideally have worked in Financial Services previously in order to hit the ground running. Good IT skills including Word and Excel will also be required.
Hours: Part time, 24 hours per week split across 3 days which are flexible, either 9am – 5pm or 8am – 4pm.
Salary: £13,000 – £14,000 per year.
