Our esteemed client is in search of a highly proficient and self-driven individual to assume the role of Head of Production, contributing to the shaping of the future. In this capacity, you will lead a team of Production Managers, ensuring the maintenance of the fleet in a manner that is safe, compliant, and efficient.
Your responsibilities will encompass optimising operational performance and efficiency by addressing resource requirements, establishing robust operating protocols, nurturing employee engagement, and continuously enhancing health and safety standards. You will spearhead initiatives for operational enhancement, aimed at elevating productivity and implementing agreed-upon changes in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will oversee the daily fulfilment of service level agreements for significant contracts and manage production budgets.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of an HND or equivalent experience in maintenance management or engineering
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and a proven track record of executing change initiatives within an engineering framework
- Proficient understanding of health and safety regulations, with a demonstrated ability to implement safety protocols in high-risk environments
- Strong analytical capabilities, proficient in working with numerical data, and adept in spreadsheet development and interpretation
