Are you an HR Assistant with your CIPD level 3 and exceptional attention to detail? Are you looking for a new opportunity to start in December to end your year on a high or to take on a new role to kick start your career in January?
Our client based in Bournemouth is recruiting for a HR Assistant to cover maternity leave on a 9 month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Head of HR the role is to support the HR team with managing the day to day queries/workload and successfully assisting with and delivering long term projects that intern drives improved engagement, wellbeing and performance and allows the company to support people to continue to make the organisation a great place to work.
The ideal candidate will be extremely well presented with exceptional communication skills and strong HR Administration experience and have dealt with and resolved HR problems/issues. You will have the ability to prioritise your work to tight deadlines and be flexible as priorities do change often and quickly on a daily basis.
The role is 30 hours a week and can be either short hours over 5 days or 4 longer days and will require you to be based in the Bournemouth office once a week and the rest working from home (equipment will be provided).
