Are you a Graduate with exceptional Admin skills and or experience liaising with Engineers, to help them process and manage the sales orders in an organised manner with attention to detail?
As Internal Contracts Support you will be highly organised and a good communicator with a strong personality so that you can act as the main point of contact for the Engineering Contracts team to manage new and existing works orders for Contracts Engineers.
Our client a global business based in Southampton has an exciting opportunity to join their successful Engineering Contracts team with the potential for progression to a Contracts Engineer in the future.
As Internal Contracts Support you will manage inbound enquiries from the sales team and assist in pricing each project alongside the Contract Engineers to ensure that all admin management such as orders and quotes and in place and that everything gets delivered on time.
You will keep the work in progress report UpToDate and provide a status update on the projects on a weekly basis as well as being the main point of contact for customers and sub-contractors for installation projects.
Ideally you will have an HNC or HND or have a Mechanical, Chemical, Aeronautical, or electrical background and be keen to progress your career once you have established yourself.
It would be beneficial if you have basic CAD experience and be able to use all Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.
