Responsibilities:
- Oversee all short lead events from enquiry stage to planning and final details
- The role involves responding to all short lead email enquiries to establish client requirements before crafting custom proposals, converting the business and communicating final details to the operational events team
- This is a fast paced role which involves managing multiple tasks where you will have a significant impact on the achievement of events sales targets
Experience:
- This role would really suit someone with experience in event sales, planning and coordination
- You are confident and able to forge strong working relationships and create genuine connections with colleagues and guests through your excellent communication skills
- You are confident using IT software – familiarity with Opera software would be beneficial but is not essential as training can be provided
- Demonstrating a genuine approach, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail is considered
