We have an exceptional opportunity for a Meetings Events Sales Executive to drive revenue into the conference and events sector. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties  

  • Deal with all telephone, email and online enquiries from initial response through to confirmation 
  • To respond to all new enquires and to maximise every sales opportunity, upselling as frequently as possible
  • Ensure all events are entered accurately into the system 
  • Fully support the Sales Team in obtaining leads and to participate in telesales
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
  • To be aware of venues sales performance and financial target performance, ensuring budgets are met

Skills required for the ideal candidate 

  • 1 years’ experience in the same or similar role
  • Positive proactive attitude and good communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
