Job Description

We are recruiting for a Permanent Service Technician due to the continued growth of our client who is looking for an experienced electromechanical engineer that can bring in fresh ideas and take ownership of their position.

As a Service Technician, you will mainly be responsible for servicing and repairing on site machines situated across the UK. Due to the company growth this may also include occasional visits to Europe. You will install new machines and provide training in the safe. You will be required to assist the manufacturing team with electrical wiring, control panel and machine build and assembly activities. Training on the specific machines will be provided.

Due to the nature of the role and the urgency in which repairs will need to be completed you will have to be ready to travel across the UK within 24-48 hours’ notice.

If you have exceptional:

• Fault finding skills
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Mechanical Engineer
• 18th Edition BS 7671 Wiring Regulations Qualification
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to problem solve

Hours:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends
