Job Description

Reaching out to Engineers with an electrical background for my favourite client. Market leaders in the industrial heating and cooling industry. They are all about their people and have achieved a 15% year-on-year growth the last 2 years, due to their culture and incredible teams. In this role you will be part of a growing team supporting clients and field teams in technical queries. If you are looking for progression, training and development, this role is open due to the person in role stepping into the next phase of their career after a year in the position.

  • You will be supporting clients with your outstanding knowledge and customer service skills, triaging as required, understanding client needs and business requirements.
  • Utilizing your network you will secure and obtain parts for work, keeping clients and teams updated along the way.
  • With your passion for technology, working with the managers and the teams in keeping up to date with new equipment, training teams on updates and new applications.
  • Owning your clients and the lifecycles, you will thrive on building collaborative relationships and ensuring overall success of all technical enquiries.

Able to quickly assess and triage requirements? Have a good technical knowledge, ideally in electrical (refrigeration and HVAC an extra bonus). Love to find solutions? Build relationships? Have fun whilst working? This is the role for you!
