Joanna is a seasoned Commercial Director with over 25 years of experience in hospitality sales, revenue and marketing across leading international hotel management companies and brands, including IHG and Starwood. She excels at developing innovative commercial plans to meet the evolving needs of the consumer. In addition, she develops robust strategies and cultures to deliver competitor busting performance from teams. Joanna has successfully led international hotel expansions, de branded and rebranded hotels, design new products and markets, introduced centralised commercial structures, implemented CRM platforms to boost efficiency and transformed teams.
Ros is passionate about helping organisations, regardless of sector, to meet the challenges of today’s business environment by harnessing human potential. After holding various operational management positions with regional tourist boards, Ros first dipped her toe in the world of human resources via the training and development route. She went on to achieve her CIPD qualifications and to further her career as an HR generalist.
Ruth leads the Talent Acquisition team at Siemens Mobility, combining strategic focus with a genuine passion for people and purpose. Her career began in Birmingham in talent attraction roles with Atkins and PwC before a move to Dorset created the opportunity to experience a new career path. What followed was six years working full time in the fitness and wellbeing industry as a coach, trainer, and yoga teacher.
