Are you organized, very good at communication and want to begin or continue your career in buying and purchasing?
A new role as a Buying Assistant is now needed for a superb business to support the buyer and internal teams and liaise with suppliers.
You will need to ensure contracted stock is available and delivered on time ready for planned usage and assist the buyer in making planning decisions. You will need to monitor products and suggesting repeat orders when required and input all purchasing data into the company product data system.
Analysing data, dealing with invoice queries and administration is also a key element to the role.

There will be in office training for around three weeks and then home working. The role will be office based when possible following the pandemic. This is a full time role – Hours 9-5pm Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will need to be very organized, have strong administration skills and exceptional and confident communication ability. Ideally experience in a buying or purchasing environment would be an advantage.
