Oyster Recruitment is a growing and friendly team of three and we are looking for our fourth team member to join us on a mad and exciting adventure as we grow and establish ourselves not only in Dorset and Hampshire but UK wide.
We are looking for a recruiter with success in permanent recruitment, ideally in the Commercial arena as we have plenty of work in that area, who can build great and strong relationships with our existing clients and candidates. There is a small sales element to the role but the ability and tenacity to work your registered jobs to the highest possible outcome offering a shortlist of great candidates is the main skill we need!!
You must be able to run your own desk to successful placements each month, and operate the recruitment process to the highest standards including video interviews and references for all candidates registered. Here at Oyster Recruitment we are about quality exclusive recruitment not volumes of unfillable jobs.
We will consider full or part time working hours 5 days a week for the right candidate and location can be anywhere in the UK.
