Job Description

Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor with exceptional communication skills and used to working in a fast paced role?

Our very well established and reputable client based in Salisbury, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, managing and responding to emails, processing in-depth orders, quotes and reports, whilst assisting the account managers with other customer requirements.

Based in the office you will work as part of a small friendly and fun team who liaise with internal stakeholders across the business to support customer needs.

As first point of contact for all customer inquiries, you will be dedicated to helping them with a can-do attitude. This role involves more than just processing orders, there is a huge level of detail and you will need to think outside the box in order to ensure that the order is complete and that there are no other requirements.

The ideal candidate will be a fast learner and well-spoken with excellent written communication skills and go above and beyond to help the customer. You will be provided with in depth product and system training.
