A superb hybrid role is now available at our successful growing client in Poole, a role which will be offering a new function and business support to the company due to expansion.
You will need to ideally be CIPD qualified to a minimum of level 3 and have solid working knowledge of data protection and legal compliance regarding GDPR to act as the go to person for the business.
Based in Poole the role will encompass all generalist requirements for the HR support including the provision of day to day HR advice to managers and supervisors; including performance management, conduct and absence management, support with case work on disciplinary, grievance and performance, advice around HR policy and procedure and all generalist aspects of Human Resources Management.
