Our client is a major new online retailer and distributor which is rapidly growing and expanding who require an office manager to oversee the day-to-day running of their head office in Poole.
As Office Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the expanding head office managing all associated functions including Health & Safety, provide support to CEO and Operations Director and manage ad hoc projects as required.
You’ll be developing and co-ordinating the office procedures and working closely with the operational director to manage relationships across a range of stakeholders and suppliers.
You will ensure service providers meet and exceed their SLA’s, manage the Health and Safety of the office environment, assist with event organisation along with day to day post, filing and general office duties in a faced paced environment.
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years office management experience and have outstanding communication, organisational and problem solving skills. You will also need experience and understanding of current H & S legislation and standard practices as well as experience in setting up new procedures in an office environment.
You will need a full UK driving license as well as proficiency in Microsoft office programs and have a minimum of two year experience in a similar role.

This is a full time, permanent role and will be based from home initially due to current restrictions but will then be office based in Poole. 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), 9am -5.30pm plus benefits.
