We’re currently recruiting for a superb opportunity for a Registered Home Manager to join a Residential Care Home based in the New Forest.

Working within a supportive team, you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the home. You will ensure the best possible, person care to the residents, whilst helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and control of their own lives.

You must be passionate about delivering high level of care and support to all stakeholders and the residents. Confident in managing a team with strong communication skills and experienced in working to deadlines and budgets. The ideal candidate must be Level 5 Management Qualified and have previous experience in a similar role as Registered Care Home Manager.
