Our client a wonderful very well established charity based in the heart of the new forest is looking for a Registered Home Manager to join their dedicated team to manage a 45 bed Care Home.
The role will require you to be involved in all aspects of running the home, from motivating your team to ensure they provide the best possible person-centered care, to effectively managing the homes budget and occupancy. You will play an important role in building the brand of the home within the local community and will build strong relationships with key audiences.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who has excellent leadership skills who can motivate staff with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. You will be passionate about the service and the people who live and work in it and will have a commitment to the financial sustainability of the Association. Experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of CQC regulations & guidelines is required and it would be extremely beneficial if you have a nurse PIN but is not essential.
40 hours per week, the position requires flexible working and may include occasional evening and weekend work. There is a requirement to undertake 24-hour on-call responsibilities on a rotation basis.
