Are you an experienced supervisor in the retail sector with the motivation and drive to lead a team to offer the highest of customer service experiences for a high quality and busy store?

This superb opportunity is to join a growing business in a “hands on” role covering a wide variety of departments with responsibility for merchandising, effective product display and presentation along with leadership of a diverse team who are all long standing and experienced.

The role will involve ensuring the effective deployment of the team, highly trained in customer service and deployed within cost control budgets.

You will support in the recruitment and induction of all new staff, in-line with company guidelines and associated budgets along with identifying individual development needs and actively support in the delivery of their personal training and development plans. You will need to evidence your leadership ability in order to maximise the store performance by supporting and directing your team in order to meet store sales and waste targets.
