Are you a Senior Customer Service Advisor with experience stepping up to assist your manager to help and supervise a team and resolve complaints with an Ecommerce background?
Our client based in Poole is a major online retailer which is rapidly growing and requires a Senior Customer Service Adviser to work alongside and support the Customer Service Manager with an expanding team.
As a Senior Customer Service Agent you will offer exceptional customer experiences by responding to customer queries, mainly via written communication and some over the phone to track seller performance to improve processes and procedures. You will need to have knowledge of UpToDate rules and regulations relating to online selling such as Consumer Rights Act and Distance Selling Regulations.
It is essential that the ideal candidate has previous experience in Ecommerce customer care, helping customers through an online marketplace and be either a Senior Customer Service Advisor/Team Leader or Supervisor and happy working independently or as part of a team. You will be dealing mainly with sellers and will need to be confident making decisions and managing the process to ensure they receive a satisfactory response to challenging and difficult complaints/queries.
This is a full time, permanent role and will be based from home initially due to current restrictions with the option to work from the office once the Pandemic is under control.
Flexible working hours: Monday – Friday – 9am – 5pm, core office hours: 8am – 6pm, 7.5 hours per day.
