 Responsibilities:

• The role involves speaking and responding to enquiries from clients to discuss their meeting and event enquiries in detail before crafting custom proposals, with the goal being to convert enquiries into bookings to hand across to our expert planning team

 Experience:

• This role would really suit someone with hospitality experience on reception or in an operational events team looking to move into an office environment
• You are confident and able to forge strong working relationships and create genuine connections with colleagues and guests through your excellent communication skills
• You are confident using IT software – familiarity with Opera software would be beneficial but is not essential as training can be provided
• Demonstrating a genuine approach, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail is considered
