We will meet with you either face to face or by video call to take an in-depth overview of the job responsibilities, this includes the reason for the vacancy, qualifications, skills and training required. As well as, specific job duties that need to be performed successfully, and any necessary soft skills that will help the individual be successful in your organization.
We want to know of any requirements specific to your organisation, especially personality, demographic and background of successful candidates in your business.
Oyster will undertake search and selection using our inhouse database, advertising to attract the best current candidates in the market, networking, recommendation and word of mouth as well as LinkedIn searching and head hunting.
We will meet all selected candidates face to face or by video call. We will present to you a shortlist of the best candidates selected with interview notes and recommendations.
Oyster will organise the face to face or video interviews and will ensure that all candidates are prepared prior to the meetings. We will then debrief the candidate and gain their feedback.
We will collaborate with you to establish the next stages for further interviews, and arrange online testing if required prior to decision making and offer.
We will handle the negotiation process for you, including referencing, notice period and the start date.
Oyster will stay in contact with the candidate prior to their start date to ensure long term success, and can offer support with the remote onboarding process if necessary. We will follow up with yourself and the candidate after onboarding for an agreed length of time.
Oyster would be happy to discuss and implement any special or additional elements that you may require. Examples include remote recruitment and onboarding, salary surveys, advice on current employment legislation, staff training, interview techniques and motivational mapping.
