You will be a 1st line support for customers, field engineers and internal departments, offering support in all areas, analysing data, and using back-office systems. If you have an engineering background this would be an advantage.
You will need exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and be able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in a fist line support role or similar support environment, of receiving and managing customer queries through to completion, monitoring SLAs and reports, then we would love to hear from you.
