Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant/Administrator looking for a role where you will have the opportunity to use your experience in a thriving family run business as part of a friendly team?
We are working exclusively to source an Accounts Assistant/Administrator for an established and well reputed finance team in Ringwood on a permanent basis full time.
You will support the Accounts team in the day to day activities for this very well established and busy business with the main responsibilities including:
- Processing invoices and VAT
- Credit Control – chasing up outstanding debt
- Answering queries from customers over the phone and via email
- Update internal accounting database and spreadsheets
- Undertake general administrative work
As an Accounts Assistant/Administrator you will have not only good computer literacy skills but also exceptional attention to detail and a strong customer service attitude.
