Are you a junior Administrator with a keen interest in IT and computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office programmes such as Outlook, Word and Excel? Do you have a good telephone manor and some office experience?
Our client a very well-established company based in Bournemouth is looking for a junior Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis to provide administrative and general first line IT support to the team. You will get involved in helping team members with basic IT, Outlook and or Excel issues, plenty of training will be given.
You will be responsible for;
- Answering incoming calls and monitoring and actioning the admin inbox in the afternoons
- Processing varied IT Admin, Health and Safety and general administration as well as answering general IT queries for internal teams
- Obtaining, filing and tracking supplier Public Liability Insurance and certifications
- Adhoc collecting and dropping off items such as IT or documents to colleagues who are remote working
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with some previous administrative experience. You will need to be organised and able to prioritise your workload with good communication skills in order to build relationships as you will work with various people across the whole business. A positive “can do” attitude is essential and you must have a clean driving licence.
