Are you an experienced operations administrator with excellent computer skills and able to work to a high level of administration offering solutions to operational problems in a fast paced environment?

Do you have strong Microsoft excel and word ability with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills ?

This superb role working for a successful family run business just outside of Poole offers a great opportunity to work with a friendly and busy team in the driving seat to organise the planned and ongoing maintenance service for the company.  You will take calls from new clients and speak to the engineers you are scheduling to manage the diary of pre-planned maintenance. Experience in large scale property administration would be an advantage.

You will also be responsible for invoices, estimates and reports all produced to a high standard along with diary management and booking in client meetings. The role involves extensive administration including the coordination of works via the company software system and maintaining the excel databases.

The successful candidate will be happiest working in a small team, be flexible in approach and positive in attitude. You will also need to be confident and assertive when needed and be empathetic and professional at all times.
