Calling out to hospitality professionals.  We have exclusive opportunity for a Bar Manager based in Northampton for a luxury, world renowned pre-opening. You must have your own transport to travel to the property.

The property gives their guests a personalised and unforgettable experience. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the expert and forefront of the beverage offering with a focus on low & non acholic drinks.

You’re responsible for the daily operations, drive revenue and maintain a high standard of service and product quality. Lead the team of bartenders, servers, and other staff members to create a welcoming, enjoyable atmosphere and elevating the guest experience for our customers.

What you will need for this role:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel is mandatory
• Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets
• Strong knowledge of various alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages, cocktail preparation, and industry trends
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Positive and welcoming guest service style
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A Personal Alcohol Licence is preferable
