Our client creates custom-made solutions for private homes and commercial customers UK wide and are actively looking for an experienced Business Administrator to join their team.

The primary focus of this role involves providing indispensable support across all operations, extending assistance wherever necessary to guarantee the seamless functioning of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company’s fleet of vehicles, ensuring they meet safety standards and maintenance is completed promptly
  • Provide marketing support by managing online presence, including reviews, social media posts, and newsletters
  • Support the company’s workplace safety by managing online training for staff and monitoring compliance
  • Assistant the HR department with support on onboarding new hires
  • Take responsibility for managing staff leave and the sickness processes is followed

What they are looking for:

  • Self-motivated with the flexibility to handle a variety of responsibilities
  • Organised and able to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional time management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective communicator at all levels, maintaining a professional manner to build strong internal and external relationships
