A luxury Venue in Northamptonshire is looking for a proactive hybrid working Business Development Manager to join the large sales team in sales activity across the UK to both corporate business and MICE agents.
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years proactive sales experience from wither a hotel or a venue and ideally have previous experience in selling conference, events, banquet, and wedding space.
You need to be an excellent relationship builder and have an understanding of what your client needs for their perfect meeting or event or team build.
The BDM role is central to the revenue generation for this high-profile independent company and as a strategic contributor to the sales team you will be responsible for developing sales growth, penetrating new markets, driving incremental revenue and increasing the hotel/company profile within the MICE segments.
You will need to deliver challenging revenue targets across several business segments in a diverse and fast-moving marketplace through strategic planning & execution of a well thought through sales plan.
