Are you extremely organised with strong communication skills and want to develop your career in Buying and Purchasing?
Due to growth our client, based in Ferndown, is seeking a talented Buying Administrator to support their busy Buying team where you will assist the Buyers by liaising with suppliers and process orders.
You will ensure contracted stock is available and delivered on time ready for planned usage and assist the Buyer in making planning decisions. You will need to monitor products and suggest repeat orders when required and input all purchasing data into the company product data system. Analysing data, dealing with invoice queries and administration is also a key element to the role.
You will need be IT literate being competent in using Microsoft Word and have advance knowledge on Excel to be able to format data and analyse it. A background in Retail or FMCG is also desirable.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a great team environment for a strong and well reputed company. This is a full-time permanent role Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with free onsite parking. They are also offering hybrid working once fully trained, but you must be in the office every Monday and Friday.
The ideal candidate will have some Buying/Purchasing experience, however, if you have strong Customer Service and administration skills, attention to detail and are exceptionally personable to build relationships with suppliers that that will considered.

Salary is depending on experience. In order to attain the highest salary bracket for this role, you will need to have/demonstrate all the skills and experience mentioned above in order to achieve the highest rate of pay.
