For this role you will need to have an outgoing personality, putting your excellent communication skills to use by responding to emails, taking incoming calls and engaging with their valued customers via their online chat system ensuring that information is directed to the right area in the business and their needs met.

This is an office based, fulltime permanent position working 08.30 – 17: 30 with a 1 hour lunch.
