Job Description

We have an exceptional opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a innovative smart technology company based in Bristol.

You will be taking incoming telephone calls from customers relating to equipment issues and relay them to the Field Service Engineer team, assist with monthly reports and other administrative duties as required.

Other duties include:

  • Escalate calls, when necessary, to Technician Support and Field Service Managers
  • Maintain the customer database
  • Data entry within the service management tool
  • Interaction between other departments to ensure effective teamwork
  • Provide field statistics and reports as necessary
  • Maintain service management systems and databases as required
  • Support Centre Administration
  • General office duties

The successful candidate will need:

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good Word, Excel and email skills
  • Good standard of written / spoken English
  • Good time management and working to deadlines
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK
  • Team player, able to work well under pressure
  • Self-motivated
  • Good Attention to detail
