Job Description
Are you a Customer Service Advisor with strong written and oral communication skills with experience taking and resolving customer queries in a proactive manner, with an Ecommerce background?
Our client based in Poole is a major online retailer which is rapidly growing and requires a Customer Service Adviser to join an expanding team.
You will offer exceptional customer experiences by responding to customer queries, mainly via written communication and some over the phone to track seller performance to improve processes and procedures. You will need to have knowledge of UpToDate rules and regulations relating to online selling such as Consumer Rights Act and Distance Selling Regulations.
It is essential that the ideal candidate has previous experience in Ecommerce customer care, helping customers through an online marketplace and be happy working independently or as part of a team to ensure they receive a satisfactory response to their inquiry.
Salary: £20,000
This is a full time, permanent role and will be based from home, however, if you would prefer to work in the office once the Pandemic is under control that would be considered.
Flexible working hours: Flexible working Wednesday – Sunday – 9am – 5pm, core hours are 8am – 6pm, 7.5 hours a day.
