Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a depot manager to join one of our awesome clients. This role is due to their continuous growth. You will need to be able to manage and lead the workshop, testing area, goods in/out teams and organize the depot & yard to streamline workflow, communication, and performance.
Ideally you will have experience in a technical/ engineering environment due to the nature of the company.
This is a site-based role with a 40-hour working week. You will be joining a very busy depot at an exciting time of growth.
You will be responsible for all areas of depot management, from recruitment of the team to supporting development. Ensuring the smooth running of the depot, ensuring health and safety guidelines are managed, processes and procedures followed and the team are engaged and motivated on a daily basis.
This requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and effective leadership at all times.
