Are you a Deputy Manager with experience supporting management with running a Care Home? This includes motivating and managing a team to ensure a safe, effective care service is offered at all times to keep residents comfortable and well looked after.
Our client a wonderful very well established charity based in the heart of the new forest is looking for a Deputy Manager to assist the Registered Home Manager to look after a 45 bed Care Home.
You will be involved in monitoring care standards and will support, develop and inspire the team to make sure every resident enjoys the best quality of life. Working alongside the Home Manager you will build strong relationships with key audiences to build the Care Homes brand within the local community.
The successful candidate will be a confident person who can engage a team with strong clinical skills, and an understanding of CQC regulations & guidelines, it would be extremely beneficial if you have a nurse PIN but is not essential.
40 hours per week, the position requires flexible working and may include occasional evening and weekend work. There is a requirement to undertake 24-hour on-call responsibilities on a rotation basis.
