Our client is looking for a Deputy Pensions Manager who can set benchmarks, produce pensions calculations and lead the team providing positive change and direction driving forward project delivery.

Employed by this global corporate business you will be working with large government clients, proving regular project updates and insights and to ensure that the team are working within legislation.

This is a remote home based role with occasional travel to one of their sites.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Create and deliver regulatory and legislative training
• Resolving or escalated queries and producing solutions to complex issues
• Creating detailed pension calculation specifications along with checking and authorisation
• To continually review and provide direction on new pension legislation
• Producing and analyse statistical data and reports
• To ensure compliance with all legislative requirements
• Provide technical guidance and updates

What do you need to qualify for this role?

• Previous Pension Management / Project Management experience
• Professional pension qualification, such as PMI
• Strong analysing skills to interpret complex data
• Experience in complex defined benefit pensions calculations
• Ability to interpret and articulate complex pensions legislation
