Job Description
Are you an experienced Driver/Parts Courier who can manage a busy and demanding schedule? Can you deliver the highest standards of service in the most efficient way to maintain great customer service?
Our client, a Global leading manufacturer, has an awesome permanent opportunity for a Driver/Parts Courier to join their branch in Southampton. You will be responsible for the collection & delivery of parts and collection of equipment, travelling across the Southern region up to Birmingham. The role requires heavy lifting so you will need manual handling knowledge and be physically fit. You will also need to be IT literate and competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
You will be provided with a company van, so it is essential that you have a clean driver’s license and be happy to work the hours required (sometimes out of hours) to complete journeys to which overtime is paid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery and collection of parts and equipment
- Supporting technicians
- Van stock replenishment
- Partake in on-call rota
- Travel across the Southern region up to Birmingham
