Field Service Representative:

Are you an experienced Refrigeration/HVAC Service Engineer looking to come off the tools? Perhaps you’re a Supervisor or Technical Support Engineer looking to share your knowledge and experience in the industry. If you’ve completed servicing, repairs and maintenance of comfort cooling/chillers/process/rooftop equipment within the commercial HVAC industry and are looking for that next step up – then I have the perfect role for you!

Our client is looking for a Field Service Representative with strong refrigeration experience and/or comfort cooling with some project management practise within the commercial industry to support and mentor a fantastic team of HVAC technicians.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading large project works
• Providing technical support to technicians and customers
• Reviewing any warranty issues that arise
• Providing mentorship to technicians and apprentices

Qualifications and experience required:

• F-Gas qualified
• NVQ L2 or higher in Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning
• Project Management experience
• Experience in Senior HVAC Technician role
• Gas Safe – desirable
