We have an exceptional opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join a Global business working in a friendly busy accounts office.
Based in Leeds you will be responsible for a variety of finance administration in a contracted service environment including Sales Ledger, processing orders, sales and costs in line with Financial Control Guidelines.
You will have experience of reading contracts and calculating invoices rather than just inputting data. You will be confident, naturally good with numbers and ideally have an interest in numbers and able to use your own initiative
You will also be responsible for all tasks and processes associated with the Order to Cash Process of this busy Field Service Division, mainly utilising SAP and Excel. This is a key support role to the local team to ensure delivery of financial targets for long term maintenance contracts and associated chargeable works.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar financial / Sales Ledger Role with strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, VLOOKUP and Outlook. Experience in SAP or similar ERP system, works well under pressure while maintaining tight deadlines with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
