Are you an experienced Finance Assistant looking for a role where you will have the opportunity to use your experience in a thriving business as part of a friendly team?
At Oyster Recruitment we are working exclusively to source a Finance Assistant for an established and well reputed team in Poole working in an open plan office with a variety of treasury and sales ledger tasks.
You will support the team and report to the Finance Director in the day to day activities for this multi- million pound business with the main responsibilities including the reconciliation and management of all the banking and credit card functions across multiple streams. Experience of debits and credits would be an advantage.
You will also be responsible for Sales ledger information and accurate data into the finance reporting alongside cash and sales ledger tracking.
As a Finance Assistant you will have not only exceptional attention to detail but also a strong customer service attitude and the desire to work hard with like minded colleagues.
Ideally you will have 1-3 years’ experience in a similar finance role with varied tasks and either AAT qualified or studying for AAT or equivalent.
