Are you an organised and proactive individual with a strong eye for detail and a hands-on approach?
Our client is looking for a Goods In/Goods Out Coordinator to join a busy depot in Southampton. This is a hands-on, physical role, playing a vital part in keeping operations running smoothly, ensuring every item that leaves or returns to the depot is handled safely, accurately and in line with company standards.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week 8am-4:30pm – flexible to work between warehouse opening times
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Receiving and checking incoming hire equipment, ensuring items are stored correctly and safely
- Preparing and dispatching orders with precision
- Inspecting, cleaning and maintaining equipment before storage or reissue
- Managing stock levels and supporting regular stock-takes
- Loading and unloading vehicles
Who They’re Looking For:
- IT-literate, with the ability to update systems accurately
- Able to participate in the on-call rota to dispatch emergency equipment outside normal hours
- Forklift licence (counterbalance or flexi) – advantage
- UK driver’s license – advantage
