A superb opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to join a family run successful pub in Dorset. The traditional Inn offers excellent classic English fayre and has 5 star reviews.

As Head Chef you will provide a classic English Menu with a small team to a high standard and there is the opportunity to put your own mark on the menu once established.

They currently for 70-80 covers on a busy sitting and 50-70 on a quieter day and the Chef will take on all cleanliness and hygiene responsibilities ie: fridges etc

This superb family pub has been successful in retaining its staff and is a great team and place to work, the landlord has a wealth of experience himself to support you.

The role will be 5 days a week and be a mix between splits and straight shifts and offers 25 days holiday inc bank holidays and once established the Head Chef will be responsible for his own rota.

They are closed Xmas and Boxing day to allow for family time.

Previous experience as  Head Chef in a pub/ restaurant environment is essential.
