Job Description

Are you an Administrator with exceptional attention to detail looking for a temporary opportunity to start immediately? Do you have some HR experience and able to answer basic queries and issues from employees with regards all general human resources enquiries?

Our client based in Ferndown is recruiting for a HR Administrator to support the HR Team on a temporary 6 month basis, this role could go permanent for the right candidate who wants a career in HR.

You will be responsible for assisting with processing varied HR Administration including starters and finishers and general upkeep of the database.

The hours of work are 37.5 a week 9am to 5pm and there is free parking and will pay up to £12 per hour depending on experience.

The successful candidate will need to have strong administration skills, be organised as well as being proactive and able to communicate across the entire business with a large number of employees.

If you are newly qualified in CIPD and looking for a route into HR and already have administration experience this role can go permanent for the right candidate with the opportunity as HR Advisor in the future.
