Are you a confident and innovative HR Business Partner, with HR generalist experience who can look after the end-to-end HR life cycle with an understanding of Payroll, ideally from a manufacturing or engineering background?
A superb hybrid role is now available with our extremely successful Global client who have offices across the UK. This position is based in Basingstoke, 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home with some travel up North.
You will provide coaching and guidance to the leadership team and employees on all aspects of the HR lifecycle, act as a local point of people expertise for generalist and specialist areas of HR, be able to able to benchmark and salary plan, actively participate in annual operating planning and forecasting, lead on employee relation matters when they arise or support on appeals, develop talent and succession plans, have knowledge of HR audits and controls and work closely with UK, Ireland and EMEA, colleagues and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be strategic in their approach, with strong recruitment experience who can support hiring managers and offer support to many employees. You will have a proactive approach with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be able to take ownership of your responsibilities to hit the ground running.
